Each unit is inspected to determine the cause of failure and what work is needed for a ball screw repair. Each unit is then cleaned, re-balled, straightened, and restored to “like new” appearance, function, and drawing specifications. Additional services include nut and shaft grinding and polishing, the manufacturing of replacement nuts and shafts, drag torque measuring, lead error analysis, and noise testing. |
